Who is ?

Hi. My name is and I am originally from Manchester. I grew up in a very athletic family – my father was a PE teacher and my mother a professional dancer. Even as a young child, I was very active in sports. My happy childhood and teenage years were shaped by sports, and I was able to achieve some regional successes in track and field.

Once I had my diploma in hand, I moved to to study sports. For the past 10 years now, I have been calling this city home and continue to love it. In fact, I don’t think I will ever want to move away from here.

After having successfully completed my university studies, I trained a professional volleyball team for a short period of time, but quickly found out that I was not ideally suited for working with a team. I just have a special interest in working directly with people, and want to cater to each individual as much as possible, and that, unfortunately, is not possible as the trainer of a 15-member athletic team.

Back then, I decided on a career as a professional coach in a fitness studio. There it was possible for me to train with just one person. I enjoyed that type of work very much and I spent five wonderful years working in Clarke’s fitness studio in .

For the past three years now, I have been working as an independent professional trainer. I enjoy every minute of it and the freedom of being my own boss. I can already look back on many happy hours during which I was able to help my clients reach the goals they had set for themselves.
